U16 players are typically 14 and 15 years old.

U16 includes both Club and Zone divisions.  NWVRA will operate a Club team this season, as well as a joint Zone team with the Burnaby New Westminster Ringette Association.

U16 Club games are played against other U16 teams from the Lower Mainland Ringette League, with home games at NWVRA rinks and away games at the home rinks of other LMRL teams.
